Who we are

We are a young couple full of energy and dreams to build the ideal destinations for your luxurious summer holidays in Greece. Right now we own 2 luxurious apartments in Kallithea of Halkidiki in Greece, built in 2017 and we rent them with legal license mostly during spring and summer seasons. We offer our houses for short-rental stay upon availability requests. Our renting period starts from April and ends in October.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect the basic contact details from you (full name, telephone, e-mail address), though our contact/booking request forms in order to contact you to arrange your requests. We do not save any of your personal data to any database or electronic files.

Prices

Our prices depend on season and are subjects to change at any time, according to our policies. We offer special discounts for long-stay (more than 7 nights). You can check our prices for 2019 to the following page: Our Prices. We accept payments through bank wire transfer, PayPal or direct payments on arrival. In order to reserve an apartment for you, we always ask for a minimum 25% payment in advance.

Terms of use

Feel free to stay to our apartments and use our amenities.We kindly ask you to keep our premises clean and in good condition during your stay. Any kind of damage or loss that is caused by our guests, may be case of partly or fully compensation to the landlord.
